Free resource license

You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to download, edit, and use the templates in your own freelance or consulting business, including when preparing materials for your own clients.

What is not permitted

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, share, or offer the original or lightly modified template files as a competing product, free resource, membership benefit, or training download.

Educational information

The calculators, guides, and templates provide general business information, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Results are estimates based on the figures you enter. You are responsible for reviewing calculations, adapting materials to your situation, and obtaining professional advice when appropriate.

Availability and compatibility

We aim to keep the site and free download available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Templates are provided in common Word and Excel formats. Features and formatting can vary across applications and devices.
